BREAKING: Oscar Solarzano, a 33-year-old illegal immigrant who has been previously deported, has been charged with attempted murder in a violent stabbing on a North Carolina light rail.

The stabbing comes months after Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska was killed on a light rail in the same city.
