Refunds may be granted only when:
You were charged incorrectly due to a payment system error
You were double-billed for the same service
A technical issue prevented access to a paid feature for the first 7 days of purchase
The service was not delivered as described
Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Christian Social.

We typically review refund requests within 5–7 business days.
If your refund is approved:
Refunds will be returned through the original payment method only
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days)
Christian Social is not responsible for delays caused by external payment partners.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger an automatic refund for the current period.
Upon cancellation:
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the billing cycle
If your account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions, you are not eligible for a refund.
This includes:
Abuse
Harassment
Posting prohibited content
Security breaches
Attempting to misuse the platform
Christian Social may update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of any updates.
